This 42V charger comes with 3 different plugs (8mm 3-prong, 5.5mm DC connectors, and 8mm/0.31in one-prong) to charge your 36V Pocket Mod or Sports Mod lithium battery. If your scooter is not charging, there could be a few reasons:

1. The charger is incompatible with your electric bike.
2. Your lithium battery may be damaged due to prolonged use or long periods of non-use (over 12 months used or 2-3 months unused).
3. If the green light is on when plugged in but does not turn red when connected to the scooter, the positive and negative connectors on the charger and scooter may not match, preventing power transfer.
4. If the light turns off after connecting the scooter, there may be an internal short circuit, requiring a battery replacement.
