Electric Bike Charger for 36V Lithium Battery

The input specifications are: AC100-240V, 50/60HZ, 2A. The charging voltage is DC42V, and the charging current is 2A. It uses a CC-CV (constant current-constant voltage) charging mode.

The charging indicator light functions as follows: Red light indicates charging, and green light indicates the battery is fully charged. The charger port is an XLR connector (male).

For security, the charger has protection features such as overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), overload protection, and short-circuit protection.

Please note that this charger is not compatible with the Razor X-Treme X-250 or the Razor Hoverboard Hovertrax 1.5 2.0, Swagtron T1, T3, T6, which use lithium-ion batteries.

If the charger doesn't power your scooter, there are a few possible reasons:

1. The charger doesn't fit your specific scooter model. Always check your scooter's brand and model before purchasing.
2. Your battery is broken, as lead-acid batteries have a limited lifespan. If the battery is over 12 months old or has been unused for 2-3 months, it's likely the battery is faulty, and the charger may display a green light, indicating it's not charging.
3. The charger is defective. In this case, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.

The charger's output is 42V 2A, with an XLR charging plug. The input voltage range is 100-240Vac, and the frequency range is 50-60Hz.

To ensure safety, please do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short the external contacts, or dispose of the charger in fire or water. Always confirm your device's compatibility before purchasing.
